We use Royal Mail to deliver purchases to you and not make use of any third parties, drop-shippers or courier companies to fulfil your order.
Our postage costs are based on the total weight of the products in your order and are calculated at the checkout. We do this to ensure that nobody pays more for postage than they otherwise would.
All orders over £50 and with a UK shipping address will see the option to select free delivery when selecting a shipping method. We usually send these orders using the Royal Mail Tracked 48hr service.
Orders received before 15:00 are usually shipped on the same day. Any orders received after this will be shipped on the next working day. We will always try to prepare your order as fast as we can, usually within an hour or two of it being received.
We ship orders in plain reusable and compostable mailer bags to ensure privacy and discretion.

If your shipping address is outside the UK, Royal Mail will process your package for export before it is passed to your own local postal service for delivery. EU and Rest of World shipping timescales are variable depending on the destination.
For most EU orders we expect items to arrive in around 5-7 working days and for Rest of World usually within 7-14 working days.
You may be required to pay local taxes or import duties on orders shipped outside the UK.
