Returns & Exchanges

To request a return, please email us at confirming the items you wish to return and your preference for an exchange or refund. It would be helpful if you could include your order number but we can process returns without this.

Please do not post your return until you have contacted us - doing so may result in delay.

We accept returns on the following basis.


  • Intimate apparel - (sizing, change of mind etc)

All items of intimate apparel must be returned in a resalable condition. For health and hygiene purposes, we will not accept returns where items of intimate apparel have already been worn. We may use an ultraviolet scanner to detect this. For this reason, we suggest you always try on your new purchase on top of another garment for initial sizing. If you are unsure about a particular brands fit, check the sizing guides before purchase.


  • Intimate apparel - (manufacturer faults)

Please return your garment directly to us, do not send returns to the manufacturer. Whilst manufacturing errors are very rare, in the circumstances where they do occur, a refund or exchange will be offered.


  • Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. When your return id approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 working days. 

  • Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted though in most cases this is 3 working days. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at 

  • Sale items (if applicable)

Sale items will be refunded at the price paid at the time of purchase.


  • Gift Cards

If the item was purchased using a Trenderwear Gift Card, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you. 

  • Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Customer Returns, Trenderwear (Scotland) Ltd, Clyde Offices, 48 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 1BP, United Kingdom 

You are responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs and ensuring safe delivery to us. If you are shipping an item over £20 you should consider using a traceable service such as Royal Mail Tracked. We will not accept responsibility for returned items that go missing in the post.
